Ambassador Al Otaiba was the featured guest speaker at the 31st anniversary of The Israel Association of Care and Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities, also known as Shalva. During the event, the Shalva Band and the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra performed a virtual duet of “Bridge Over Troubled Water.”
